Paediatric Physiotherapist | Part-Time (Flexible schedule)

Location: Eltham, Melbourne VIC (Clinic & Community Variety)

Salary: $33.51 - $43.98 per hour + Super + Bonus Structure (Equivalent to $75,000 - $100,000 FTE, dependent on experience)

Commitment: Part-Time with scope to increase hours as we grow

About the Role

Operating independently within a large, multi-disciplinary practice (alongside paediatric dietetics, podiatry, general population and pelvic floor physio), Scoot is all about helping little people thrive.





Your days will be dynamic and highly rewarding, spent primarily in our main Eltham clinic, with occasional community visits (schools, kinders, homes, or parks) to support families in their natural environments.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a warm, passionate clinician who loves working with children and wants to play an active role in shaping a growing practice.

Core Criteria

- AHPRA Registration: Current General Registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience Level: 1–2+ years of general or paediatric experience is ideal. Exceptional early-career clinicians or new grads with strong paediatric placement experience are welcome to apply!
- The Essentials: Current Working With Children Check, and First Aid/CPR certification (or a willingness to obtain them promptly).
- The Right Fit: Excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a genuine desire to connect with children and empower their families.

Preferred (but not deal-breakers!)

- Familiarity with common paediatric conditions (developmental delay, neurological, orthopaedic, congenital, MSK and sports injuries, and gross motor difficulties).
- Confidence in building quick rapport with kids and tailoring playful, engaging interventions.
