As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of InterestfromSenior Plannersinterestedin expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels,refiningand terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an prospect to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capitalprojectsand operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, constructionand commissioning.

KeyResponsibilities





- Develop andmaintainintegrated project schedules for fuel terminal, bulk storage,pipelineand infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with projectobjectives,milestonesand operational requirements.
- Lead the planning and scheduling process across all project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction,commissioningand project closeout activities.
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines,identifyingschedule risks, delays and opportunities, and implementing recovery plans whererequired.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers,contractorsand operational stakeholders to ensureaccurateplanning assumptions, resourceallocationand schedule updates.
- Prepare detailed planning reports,dashboardsand schedule analyses,providingclear insights into project performance, critical pathactivitiesand forecast completion dates.
- Support project controls and governance processes through effective schedule management, change control, riskassessmentand the development of scenario and what-if analyses to support decision-making.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.




- Proven experience as a Senior Planner or Project Planner within fuel terminals, bulk storage, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or major infrastructure projects.
- Advancedproficiencyin planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, with strongexpertisein developing,analysingandmaintainingcomplex project schedules.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, critical path analysis, risk management, resource planning, and schedule recovery strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with project managers, engineering teams,contractorsand operational personnel.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving,communicationand reporting skills, capable of translating complex project data into actionable insights for project and business leaders.
