TLC Healthcare is seeking two experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team at Whitewater Mordialloc.

Available Positions:

We are recruiting for two fixed permanent part-time roles:

Position 1

- Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts
- Alternate Wednesday night duty and Sunday morning shifts

Position 2

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon shifts

These are fixed rostered positions and availability to work the advertised shifts is essential.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to support residents' health, wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and assist with the assessment, formulation and review of resident care plans
- Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
- Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
- Monitor, record and communicate residents' conditions and needs accurately




- Safely administer medications
- Provide wound care
- Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural and social wellbeing

- Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
- NDIS Check (including Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
