About the Role

As a Sales Consultant of new and used vehicles, you’ll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase journey - from initial enquiry to test drive, finance, delivery and follow-up.

You’ll use your people skills and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a smooth, qualified experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting customers through the full sales process in line with Toyota’s values
- Building rapport and trust with every customer - from first enquiry to final handover
- Accurately managing all required documentation and data entry
- Meeting individual and team sales targets
- Liaising with internal departments (e.g. finance, pre-delivery, service)



to ensure seamless customer outcomes
- Participating in dealership events, launches, and promotions as required

About You

- Experience in a sales or customer service role (automotive is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- A professional, motivated and confident approach
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems
