The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, processes and documentation to ensure organisational compliance with relevant standards, legislation and ADF doctrinal requirements.

The role primarily conducts data quality administration tasks, including audits, inspections and compliance reviews, monitors data quality performance, investigates quality issues and non-conformances, recommends corrective actions to support continuous improvement and oversees data remediation tasks.

The position also provides advice and training to staff, maintains accurate quality records, and liaises with internal stakeholders and subordinate units to promote data quality integrity and organisational effectiveness. The secondary function of the role is support to the Army Logistic Training Centre (ALTC) Training Cell in the planning and management of training governance and data administration within ALTC.

About our Team

The Training Cell is responsible for the effective management, scheduling and data quality administration of training governance and administration processes in support of ALTCs mission to deliver Army’s Directed Training Requirement (DTR).

Key tasks include:

- managing the DTR planning cycle and scheduling of training in order to achieve DTR
- supervising and monitoring Training Support Requests (TSR)
- managing in-year training through the review, submission, tracking and data entry of Course Session Amendment Request (CSAR), and
- management and supervision of exported training processes

The Training Cell provides oversight, guidance and direction regarding PMKeyS PD&T; governance and administration processes–managing data quality remediation tasks in conjunction with ALTC units.



Additionally, the cell provides key training data and reporting functions, through maintenance of the ALTC training management report.
