SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | WOLLONGONG AREA | $100K

Duties

- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Work alongside a Virtual Assistant and in-house Property Management Assistant who handle much of the administration, maintenance coordination and day-to-day support
- No leasing responsibilities, with a dedicated Leasing Consultant managing all leasing activities
- Conduct landlord and tenant communication, including onsite meetings when required
- Prepare and issue notices to tenants
- Monitor rental accounts and manage rental arrears
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Issue breach notices where required




- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the BDM, Accounts and Property Management support team to ensure a seamless portfolio
