LINX Port Services is seeking a Workplace Relations Lead to deliver ER, HR and IR outcomes across Australia. Reporting to the GM of HR/IR, you will drive best practice employee relations and counsel to key stakeholders including Operational Leads and Support Leads.
You will provide practical ER/IR advice, support enterprise agreements, manage investigations and monitor changes in legislation, partnering with Payroll, Recruitment and Workers Compensation to ensure compliant, proactive people
