The Role

In this hands-on role,



you’ll lead and work alongside a dedicated team delivering high-end installations across Victoria.

Install & Commission: Full installation of solar PV, grid-connect, and battery storage systems (residential & commercial).

Compliance & Quality: Carry out fault finding, testing, and repairs to AS/NZS 3000 and standard regulations.

Leadership: Guide apprentices and trade assistants on-site to ensure jobs are run safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Need

Valid A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)

SAA Accreditation (Solar Grid-Connect & Battery Storage)

Current Certifications: Working at Heights, White Card

Strong understanding of Australian Electrical Standards

Valid Manual Driver’s Licence & basic hand tools

High attention to detail and a pride in clean, compliant work
