Full time, 2-year fixed term position available - 80 hours per fortnight.

Up to $115,289.20 (YU13) base salary per annum - (prior experience will be considered)

Parkville location with multiple public transport options.

About the role

As Clinical Research Nurse, you will:

Provide direct patient care and monitoring of patient safety monitoring throughout the course of their trial participation.

Facilitate data collection, processing, and documentation

Manage trial logistics, screening participant eligibility, and coordinating schedules

Deliver high-quality service by working within and monitoring standards of care in the defined clinical trial protocols, SOPs and practice guidelines of the clinical trials unit, hospital policies & procedures and in accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Note for Guidance on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Research Involving Humans

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Current registration with the Nurses Board of Victoria,



with a minimum of 3 years post graduate oncology and/or haematology nursing experience, or relevant experience demonstrating the appropriate competencies and skills for the job and clinical setting.

Degree level education or other relevant further education.

Personal integrity and discretion.

Demonstrated excellent team working skills with ability to work using own initiative.

Excellent communication, leadership and care coordination skills.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

Research experience including working knowledge of Australian and International statutory and regulatory requirements including - TGA, FDA, EMEA

About us - Haem B - Lymphoma team (Parkville Cancer Clinical Trials Unit )

We are a high-energy team of nurses, study coordinators, clinical trial admin officers, and data clerks. Our trials portfolio ranges from FTIH to Phase III commercial, collaborative, and investigator-initiated trials. We are proud to lead trials for next-generation targeted therapies, chemo-immunotherapies, and novel gene therapies for aggressive and indolent lymphoma. We collaborate closely with our PIs and fellows to run successful trials and improve patient outcomes.
