About the Role

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both delivering exceptional treatments and contributing to the smooth operation of a professional salon.

You'll confidently move between hands-on client care and supporting the day-to-day coordination of the salon,



helping to create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Personalised consultations and skin diagnosis
- Creating tailored treatment plans and recommending homecare solutions
- Performing facials, massage, waxing, tinting and brow services
- Performing, or learning, IPL treatments
- Supporting reception and front-of-salon operations when required
- Assisting with stock management and maintaining our beautifully presented salon
- Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service, education and follow-up

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients achieve their skin and beauty goals.

You don't simply perform treatments. You educate,



guide and build long-term relationships through personalised consultations, treatment planning and homecare recommendations.

You're proactive, organised and naturally notice what needs doing. You enjoy being part of a close-knit team and understand that every interaction contributes to an exceptional client experience.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Previous experience in a skilled salon or skin clinic
- Confidence performing facials, massage, waxing, tinting and brow services
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Experience recommending treatment plans and homecare
- A professional, well-presented and positive approach
- Initiative, reliability and genuine pride in your work

IPL experience is highly regarded; however, we're happy to invest in training the right person who demonstrates the professionalism, initiative and client care we're looking for.
