About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive growth across Victoria. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this field-based role focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting our dealer network, and delivering tailored pump and fluid handling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across agricultural and industrial pump solutions
- Build strong relationships with dealers, farmers, irrigation specialists, and industrial clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across irrigation, livestock, and industrial sectors




- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Provide technical advice, quotations, and tailored proposals
- Support customers with troubleshooting and performance improvements
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

About You

- Proven B2B sales experience in industrial, agricultural, or engineering environments
- Robust understanding of pumps, fluid systems, or mechanical equipment
- Experience working with dealer networks or indirect channels
- Technical aptitude with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
