We're partnering with a thriving and successful e-commerce brand that continues to experience strong growth, and they're looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers while supporting inventory, logistics, freight coordination and online product management. What you'll be doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and online support channels.
- Manage customer enquiries, returns, exchanges and warranty claims through Shopify and Zendesk.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Liaise with freight providers regarding deliveries, tracking, claims and shipping issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across business systems.
- Coordinate inbound stock, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Work with manufacturers and freight forwarders to manage production schedules and international shipments.
- Create and maintain product information, SKUs and inventory within Shopify.




- Prepare inventory reports and support operational administration.

What we're looking for

- Previous customer service experience within an e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience using Shopify.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience working with inventory, order management or supply chain systems.

- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Freight coordination experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- Experience within retail, fashion or consumer goods.
- Exposure to supply chain or warehouse operations.
