About the Role

Primary responsibilities include:

- Coordinate sound daily maintenance operations of the campus.
- Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs and any safety concerns.
- Actively participate in the positive development of campus facilities and maintenance ofclassrooms and equipment.
- Engage in campus walk throughs of student and common spaces to ensure readiness of dailyactivities.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of office supplies.
- Provide support to set up for Excelsia events.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Skilled Standing:

- Possession of a relevant qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/ training.
- Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
- Prior working experience with transferrable skills.
- Experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safetyand cleanliness.




- Good communication skills to interact with staff and contractors.
- Basic understanding of building maintenance and repair procedures.
- Technologicalliteracy in a range of desktop applications to support administrative elementsof role.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
