This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO , taking ownership of the trust accounting function while becoming an integral part of the business.

The Role

You'll oversee the trust accounting function across both the Sales and Property Management divisions, ensuring everything runs accurately, efficiently and in line with legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end trust accounting function across both the Sales and Property Management divisions
- Processing sales settlements (approximately 10–20 per month)
- Completing monthly trust reconciliations and ensuring compliance with trust accounting legislationProcessing owner disbursements and rental payments
- Managing all accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing BAS and processing payroll
- Handling invoices, receipts and all incoming and outgoing payments




- Maintaining accurate financial records across Xero and PropertyMe
- Supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business
- Working directly alongside the CEO and leadership team to ensure the business runs seamlessly

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous Real Estate Trust Accounting experience (essential)
- A strong understanding of trust accounting legislation and compliance
- Experience with Xero and PropertyMe (preffered)
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
