Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their team in Casino, NSW. This role offers a diverse caseload across NDIS, community, paediatric, and aged care services, providing flexibility, autonomy, and strong skilled support. About the Role

Responsibilities

- Conduct functional capacity assessments and prepare high-quality reports
- Complete assistive technology assessments and recommendations
- Deliver ongoing therapy focused on capacity building and achieving client goals
- Conduct cognitive and functional assessments
- Provide occupational therapy services to children, adults, and older Australians
- Deliver services in clinic, community, home, and outreach settings
- Complete home modification assessments and equipment prescription recommendations
- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly Regarded Experience working within the NDIS sector
- Paediatric occupational therapy experience
- Experience with functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, and home modifications
- Community-based therapy experienceAged care experience
