Altius Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation for individuals who have experienced injury, illness or disability. You will develop personalised rehabilitation plans and conduct assessments to support return to work and independence.
You will work with clients, families, insurers, employers and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological and social factors and provide credible recommendations to drive the desired outcome.
