About the Role:

We are seeking a full time customer focused Pharmacist Manager to take charge of our bustling pharmacy, providing outstanding service and leadership. You will join an experienced and friendly team working as both a sole and second Pharmacist.
As Pharmacist Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to patients and the wider community. The role involves leading and supporting the pharmacy team, maintaining compliance with all professional and regulatory requirements, and driving both operational efficiency and financial performance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the pharmacy through continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

About our Ideal Candidate:





- You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to lead and mange our team
- You work well under pressure
- You have strong work ethic
- You are motivated to deliver excellent customer service
- You are friendly and reliable
- You are familiar with Minfos dispense
- You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation
- You have good time management and organisational skills

The Offer:
