About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experiencedSenior Quality & Education Officer to play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our staff are trained and equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding care. With focus on training, this role offers an exciting chance to lead organization-wide initiatives, identity improvement opportunities, provide support to address gaps and improve the capabilities of our care team.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Improvement: Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
Staff Education & Training: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff competencies and improve client care outcomes.
Policy Development: Develop, implement, and review organizational policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory changes.
Auditing: Conduct regular audits to monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and learning.
Leadership: Provide expert advice and guidance to teams to foster a proactive and innovative approach to quality management.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Good experience in quality management and staff education, ideally within the aged care or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance, and accreditation processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Demonstrated expertise in key areas of the role including education.
Current AHPRA registration with experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia, preferably in Aged Care
Qualification IV in Training and Assessment highly desirable
