About the Role

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help maintain high clinical standards by:

- Supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care




- Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to nursing and care teams
- Assisting with care planning and clinical documentation
- Supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and resident centred care

About You

You'll bring:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working within residential aged care
- Previous experience in a senior clinical or leadership role is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care legislation
- Passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional resident outcomes
