o Dispensary/ward pharmacist: able to complete medication verification and review as well as medication reconciliation. Hospital experience is required.
o Dispensing system: ipharmacy and/or EPIC
o This is not a sole Pharmacist role; there are up to 9 other pharmacists
- Start date: as soon as can be organised. This would be up to 13 weeks.
- Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm (30min break)
- Hopefully onsite accommodation. Otherwise, will be within 4-5km of hospital
- This is a Grade 3 Pharmacist position, however if Pharmacists do not meet Grade 3 criteria will be appointed at Grade 1 (hsu-he-pharmacists.pdf)
