About the Role

As the Senior Manager – Clinical Services, you'll lead ADSSI's Nursing, Allied Health and Out of Hospital Services across the Hunter and Central Coast.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll support and develop experienced clinical leaders while driving service performance, workforce capability and operational improvement. You'll use data, coaching and collaboration to improve productivity, strengthen service sustainability and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a role for someone who enjoys improving how services operate, leading multidisciplinary teams through change and finding practical ways to deliver even better outcomes for participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop multidisciplinary Nursing, Allied Health and Out of Hospital teamsthrough experienced clinical leaders.
- Drive productivity, operational performance and long-term service sustainability across multiple programs.




- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement contemporary models of care.
- Coach and support Team Leaders to build engaged, high performing teams.
- Lead strategic projects and service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor clinical quality, risk, incidents and participant feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to accreditation, regulatory compliance and clinical governance within Clinical Services.
- Develop strong partnerships with hospitals, health services and key external stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways and future service opportunities.

About You

You're collaborative and able to build credibility through your knowledge,



leadership and relationships. You enjoy coaching others, making informed decisions using data and finding practical ways to improve both participant outcomes and business performance.

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

- Clinical qualifications as a RN or Allied Health Professional with current AHPRA registration (or relevant professional membership where applicable).
- Significant leadership experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams within aged care, community health or similar environments.
- Experience leading operational improvement, change management or service redesign initiatives.
- Robust understanding of aged care legislation, funding models, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance, productivity, budgets and service KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across health and community sectors.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel throughout the Hunter and Central Coast.
