This is a permanent full time position based in the Burdekin Region which follows a year-round day work roster and may require some weekend work and overtime.

Your Role in Action

/n

/n

- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Carrying out repairs and modifications to all rail infrastructure, including general fabrication.

/n

- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance, active involvement and coaching in assisting to ensuring safe working procedures are achieved.

/n

- Scope Work: Assisting in the identification of the scope of work required, also ensure work orders, permits are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and efficiency.

/n

- Uphold Quality and Teamwork: Work within a collaborative environment, conducting inspections, identifying problems, and implementing improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.

Your Winning Combination

/n

Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, along with a current MR truck licence (or willingness to obtain one),



and a manual driver's license. If you have additional certificates, that's a plus, Non-Slew Crane; Basic Rigger; Dogger HRWL would be highly regarded!
