What You’ll Do
- Conduct neuro-affirming and trauma informed assessments.
- Develop individualised strengths-based person-centred behaviour support plans.
- Ensure all practices comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
- Work closely and regularly with clients, teams and families.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits to build strong therapeutic relationships.
- Produce NDIS required plans within NDIS timeframesand skilled in identifying Restrictive Practices.

Essential
- Essential-You hold a current driver’s license and have access to a roadworthy vehicle.
- Essential-You have current NDIS Worker Screening (by commencement date).
- Essential-ABN + Professional indemnity and liability insurance (by commencement date).
- Essential-Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Preferred
- Preferred-Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Pay and Capability Framework
- regular weekly supervision, shadowing for assessments, plan development etc and support for portfolio submission.
- regular fortnightly supervision, oversight of reports
- Proficient practitioner $150/hr
- monthly supervision, peer supervision, mentoring opportunities
