Overdose is a global digital commerce agency working with some of the largest and most ambitious retail and B2B brands across Australia, Current Zealand and further afield. We design, build and migrate commerce platforms, run marketing, SEO and GEO, have a scaling Data practice, and we increasingly do all of it AI-native.

The Opportunity

This is a senior individual contributor role in Australia, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Director, Australia. You will operate as an internal consultant to the broader marketing team, embedded enough to understand what's happening at account level, elevated enough to see across the portfolio and drive the strategic and operational improvements that matter most.

You will bring rigour to forecasting, media planning consistency, QBR quality and standard ways of working across our enterprise clients. This is not a people management role. Your impact will be measured by the quality of your strategic thinking and your ability to lift the bar across the team through frameworks, discipline and sharp commercial instinct.
