We are currently looking to expand our team with a positive, driven and experienced Foreman/Leading Hand who is passionate about leading their team and driving safety and quality with a strong regard for productivity and efficiency.

The ability to prioritise competing tasks simultaneously is essential, together with demonstrated strong planning and leadership skills. Your vast experience and exposure in the civil construction industry is highly regarded.

Located in Benalla, the role has vast responsibilities to provide leadership to an established site delivery team. This role will require National travel.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years recent experience in works similar to road construction/bulk earthworks within the Australian construction sector an advantage.
- Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.
- You are passionate about the great outdoors, working with others towards the same goals.
- A natural technical flair for problem solving and attention to detail.




- You are self-motivated to get the job done right the first time.
- You are happy to travel to various locations in Victoria and sometimes stay away from home.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset and are willing to learn current operations.
- Ability to communicate respectfully to all customers and your colleagues.
- Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- A HR licence will be essential, but HC (Road Ranger) would be preferable.
