What you'll do

- Design and enhance user experiences across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

Requirements

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in experience design or a related field.




- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience in the energy sector or related industries.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
