Due to an internal movement, we are currently looking for a Disability Service Manager to join our team, based in North Ryde on a permanent full-time position.

About the role:
The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of Achieve Australia’s vision at a local level, including driving positive quality client outcomes (quality of life and health supports), staff performance and engagement, and service sustainability at designated accommodation sites.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring strong performance across client outcomes, quality, staff, and financial targets
- Manage budgets, rostering, and SIL funding to deliver efficient and sustainable services
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, including incident management, safeguarding, and risk oversight
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, families,
and key stakeholders
- Lead, develop, and manage staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement
- Oversee WHS, property maintenance, and participate in the on-call roster
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Nursing, or a related field (Registered Nurse highly regarded)
- Experience in NDIS and Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on culture, performance, and client outcomes
- Sound financial and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence. Candidates without a current NSW driver’s licence are subject to a risk assessment.
