Elite Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse teams within the dry food ingredients supply Chain industry across Melbourne’s Western suburbs.
We are looking for candidates with experience working in a GMP-compliant food environment who are confident operating Crown Double Deep High Reach and Counter Balance forklifts within a busy warehouse operation.
Available Shifts:

- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate Crown Double Deep High Reach and Counter Balance forklifts.
- Load and unload trucks and containers containing dry food ingredients.
- Pick, replenish and put away stock accurately.
- Handle food ingredients in line with GMP, food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment.
- Ensure correct stock rotation, storage and handling procedures are followed.
- Complete general warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Experience





- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience operating Crown High Reach forklifts.
- Experience operating Double Deep racking systems highly regarded.
- Previous experience within dry food ingredients, food distribution, FMCG or food warehousing preferred.
- Understanding of GMP requirements, food safety practices and warehouse hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and quality.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
