Daily Tasks

- Registering import sea documentation
- Reporting shipments to Australian Customs
- Acquiring relevant documentation for shipping purposes
- Tracking all shipments, including transhipments
- Liaising with international agents, suppliers and consignee’s
- Invoicing

Requirements to Be Successful

- Prior experience is desirable, but not essential - only an eagerness to learn!
- Have an interest or passion for freight forwarding or logistics
- Be well organised and adept at managing your time




- Have experience in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a robust attention to detail
- Be an excellent communicator over email and phone
- Have Basic Computer Skills And Experience With Microsoft Office.
