XtraClubs is seeking its first Head of Finance to own the accounting and finance function as we scale from four clubs to eight and beyond. This permanent role offers real ownership, a fast-paced, lean-team workplace, and a clear path to the CFO role through our outgoing fractional CFO's handover.

You’ll lead budgeting, reporting, cash flow, controls and systems, with direct collaboration across operations, and you’ll play a pivotal role in multi-site expansion, interstate growth and capital
