Henry Family Lawyers is seeking an experienced family lawyer to join our team.

You will be:

- . Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including property settlement, parenting and divorce.
- . Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for each client.
- . Drafting Court documents, affidavits, legal advices and correspondence.
- . Representing clients in Court and ensuring their instructions and best interests are effectively advocated.
- . Managing your own files with supervision based on experience.

You must:

- . Be admitted as a solicitor in Queensland or New South Wales (2+ years PAE of experience)
- . Have knowledge of family law procedures and strong drafting skills.
- . Be highly proficient in numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
- . Have strong interpersonal and skills with an ability to empathise and communicate directly with clients.
- . Be proficient in LEAP legal software would be a bonus, but not essential.

This is a permanent fulltime position with an immediate start.
