About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a quality customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. You will:
- Engage with showroom guests, creating tailored, high-quality customer experiences
- Manage and respond to enquiries across digital, phone, and in-person channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems (AutoPlay)
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles through test drives and product knowledge
- Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries that reflect a customer centric experienceContribute to dealership presentation, stock management, and digital presence
