Responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, Seal Rocks are looking for their next Guest Services Supervisor.
Working a Permanent Part time 72 hour fortnight + Weekend shifts + On Call requirements.
About You
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate thefollowing:
- Drivers Licenseand own vehicleor access to reliable transport.
- The ability towork productively & independently.
- A positiveattitude & willingness to learn.
- Great teamworkskills.
- A 'can-do',solutions-focused attitude.
- The physicalability to do manual work in all conditions.
- Flexibleavailability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & publicholiday work.
- Previousexperience in a Customer Service supervisor role.
- Valid Australianwork rights.
The Duties will include;(but not limited to):
- Taking reservations
- Completing arrivals& departures
- Opening/closingof office
- Training & mentoring of recent staff
- Supervision of Guest Services & Housekeeping staff on duty
- Assisting Housekeeping team with cabin turnover
- Assisting &directing; visitors within the park
- Following workhealth & safety procedures.
