The Role

Depending on your experience level, you'll be responsible for:

Repairing and installing pool equipment

Servicing and maintaining bodies of water at residential and commercial sites

Inspecting, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues

Performing water tests and balancing chemicals

Providing expert pool advice and educating clients and staff

Capturing your labour of love via our Poolwerx app and generating world-class service reports

About You

We're hiring based on attitude, experience and potential. You may have extensive experience in the pool industry, or none at all. What matters is that you're:

Reliable, punctual and self-motivated - you don't just turn up, you show up!

Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team - sharing ideas

Mechanically minded and not afraid of hands-on work - you muck in when needed

Willing to learn, make mistakes, take direction and never stop asking questions - grow with us

Must have a C class driving licence (preferably manual)

Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
