Valley Maintenance Services is a family owned business based in Preston with other offices in Carrum Downs, Collingwood, Ringwood and West Heidelberg. VMS provides building maintenance services to DFFH public housing properties in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula area, inner Southern suburbs as well as Preston, Heidelberg areas, inner Melbourne Metro suburbs, Broadmeadows, Ringwood and Box Hill outer East

- General maintenance carpentry.
- Kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
- Lock changes.
- Plaster patching.
- Door replacements.
- Basic wall tiling.
- Wall and floor repairs.

Successful applicants would be trained in the use of a mobile phone App for scheduling progress and completion of works. You would supply your own battery operated and hand tools which VMS would maintain when needed. Current Victorian or Australian drivers license is required for this position. Company vehicle, mobile phone and uniform will be supplied by VMS.
