What we are looking for:

Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques, or bachelor’s degree in science, or a related field (desirable but not essential).

Hands‑on laboratory experience in R&D;, quality, or manufacturing environment.

Experience conducting routine laboratory testing, equipment calibration,

and laboratory batch preparation.

Working knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and safe laboratory practices.

Understanding of laboratory documentation requirements and inventory management processes.

Experience using Coptis or similar laboratory management systems is advantageous.

Highly organised, proactive, and self‑motivated, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and audit‑ready laboratory while effectively managing laboratory activities with minimal supervision.

Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and perform in a fast‑paced workplace.

Demonstrated commitment to supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Competencies:
