Knox City Council seeks a seasoned Head of Customer and Service Improvement to lead a five-person team within the Strategy and Transformation Department. Based at Knox Civic Centre, you will identify and implement initiatives to improve Council services, processes and the customer experience, working with senior leaders to become more customer centric and financially sustainable.

This Band 8 role pays $129,171.45 to $145,030.21 plus superannuation.
