The Opportunity

This is more than a documentation role.

As Project Lead, you will guide projects through every stage of the architectural journey—from the first concept sketch to final completion—ensuring the original design vision is carried through with precision and integrity.

Working closely with Rob Mills, consultants, builders and discerning private clients, you'll help deliver bespoke residences that represent the highest standard of contemporary Australian architecture.

What You'll Do

- Lead luxury residential projects from concept design through to construction completion.

- Manage project programmes, documentation, consultants and project delivery.

- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and builders throughout every stage of the project.

- Collaborate closely with our interiors team to deliver seamless architectural and interior outcomes.

- Produce and oversee exceptional Revit documentation that reflects RMA's design standards.

- Mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative studio culture.

- Maintain the highest level of design quality, technical resolution and attention to detail.

About You





You'll bring both creativity and technical capability, together with the confidence to lead projects and build strong client relationships.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 8+ years' post-graduate architectural experience.

- Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects from concept through construction.

- Advanced Revit proficiency (essential).

- Exceptional design sensibility with a refined understanding of proportion, materiality and detailing.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Confidence managing clients, consultants and builders.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for timeless residential architecture.

- A commitment to continual learning and professional growth.
