About you

You have experience in a similar customer facing role and possess strong relationship building skills, bringing your art of communication to delivering an exceptional client experience within project deadlines.

You have demonstrated experience within the signage, construction, or fit-out industries and can interpret architectural drawings and signage specifications.

You enjoy working in a team and have a positive can do attitude to complement our innovative and quick paced environment that embraces people and their growth and development.





You possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and have a high attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

- Own, build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage the client experience including owning timelines, documentation, and project communication of work in progress
- Work collaboratively with internal Design and Project Management teams, providing oversight for project delivery and execution.
- Own financial performance including managing project variations, identify and mitigate project risks and deliver commercial returns for the business.
