We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Estimator, based in a busy office in Brisbane. You MUST have a minimum 3+ years Sales Estimating experience is a similar capacity ideally with New Custom Homes or high end renovations, preparing and calculating initial Sales Estimating and preparation of tender and variation costs from information provided from the Sales Department.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to)

- Complete estimating from tender documents and variations




- Prepare inventory items and assemblies in an estimating package for common items
- Ensure correct quantities are in the BOQ’s and complete in office measures and take offs when required
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a cohesive approach to the construction process
- Checking contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction
- Liaising with Construction Supervisors and Managers

This is a hands-on role where you will confidently demonstrate an understanding of the estimating workflow process, be interactive, flexible and progressive in your thinking.
