About the Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People & Culture, the People & Culture Manager is a hands‑on operational HR leader responsible for the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and delivery of key People & Culture initiatives.

- Implementing People & Culture strategies and initiatives across the business
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee transitions
- Providing trusted HR advice to leaders and employees
- Facilitating the fortnightly payroll process and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes

- Maintain accurate and compliant payroll and HR processes
- Enhance employee engagement and capability

About You

You are an experienced HR generalist with relevant tertiary qualifications and a passion for creating positive employee experiences. You are organised, resilient and comfortable balancing operational priorities with broader people initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
- Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment and employee relations matters
- Exposure to payroll administration and governance
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- HRIS experience and continuous improvement mindset, ideally ELMO
- A current Working With Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
