About the position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, reliable, and motivated person to join our friendly and hardworking team.

Grow, be supported, and valued in this role 2-3 days a week.

You will be responsible for;

Assistant: Assisting our dentist's chair-side with a broad range of procedures and updating patient medical records as required

Instrument sterilization and infection-control protocols

Preparing the treatment room and equipment

Maintaining adequate stock levels in clinical rooms ensuring a clean and healthy clinical environment

Administration,



including taking payments, making appointments, managing phone inquiries, record keeping and following up patients after treatment

Ensuring excellent patient care and outstanding level of customer service to build ongoing relationships with new and current patients

Maintaining stock levels

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate the following:

Professional and excellent communication skills

Proactive, Organized, with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work well within a team

Well presented with a friendly and helpful disposition
