Roar Cranes' is seeking a Non EBA Casual Electrical Spotter to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.

This is a casual position, perfect for those looking for flexible work in the construction industry. As a Electrical Spotter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement and positioning of cranes and other heavy machinery on construction sites and around powerlines.

What you'll be doing

- Guiding crane operators to safely move and position cranes, loads and other equipment
- Communicating clearly with crane operators and other site personnel
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with the set‑up and pack‑up of job sites as required

What we're looking for

- Dogman High Risk Work Licence




- Previous experience as a Spotter in the construction space
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Current Construction Induction (White) Card
