Are you a recent Engineering graduate looking to kick-start your career on a major renewable energy project?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Site Engineer to join our team on a large-scale wind farm development. This is an excellent chance to gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced engineers and project managers on one of Australia's growing renewable energy projects.

About the Role

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will support the construction team with quality assurance activities, project documentation, and GPS data management. You will play a key role in ensuring project records are accurate and compliant with client requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with Quality Assurance (QA) inspections and documentation
- Maintaining construction and as-built records
- Ensuring project documentation is complete and accurately filed




- Supporting site supervisors and project senior engineers with daily reporting
- Assisting with client quality and compliance requirements
- Participating in site inspections

About You

- Recently graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse and manage technical data and records
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work within a project team
- Current driver's licence
