About The Role

This isn't about stepping into a role; it's about creating one. As our Founding Store Manager in Knox, you will be empowered to build this business from the ground up.

You aren't someone who manages from behind a desk—you're a leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with people, driving commercial success, and creating an unforgettable customer experience that reflects everything our brand stands for.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, inspire,



and mentor a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support career progression.
- Customer Experience & Vibe: Owning the energy of the store, creating an authentic, welcoming environment that stays true to our country roots.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Living the lifestyle and bringing our story to life through every interaction.
- Driving Results: Balancing incredible experiences with strong commercial outcomes, sales performance, and operational excellence.
- Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Oversee inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual standards to maximise sales.
- Community Building: Forging strong relationships with our local community, customers, partners, and brand ambassadors to turn shoppers into lifelong fans.
- Flagship Operations: Managing the day-to-day rhythm of a rapid-paced, high-profile location.
