A varying range of shifts may include personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills, with a focus on delivering tailored supports to maximise participant choice and control.

You will bring a solid understanding of NDIS, experience with positive behaviour support and mental health, plus excellent communication and documentation skills.
