Hunt The Night is seeking a Junior Agentic Software Engineer to join our team in Traralgon South, Latrobe Valley. In this position, you will contribute to the development of creative technology solutions that support our retail operations in firearms and night vision equipment. This is a full‑time role where you will work closely with our team to enhance our digital platforms.

What you’ll do

- Assist in the development and maintenance of our Shopify Plus store and associated middleware.
- Collaborate with team members to implement AI agent pipelines and other technical projects.

Requirements

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in software development.




- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools.

Nice to have

- Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development.

Skills & tools

- JavaScript, Python, and relevant web technologies.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
