We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Desk Supervisor for a large retail site in Charlestown, NSW.We will accept applications for a FullTime role, during peak periods of trade, flexibility necessary.

Our search isfor an enthusiastic addition to a small team, whocan bring a highly developed sense of professionalism with a friendly attitude to the Desk, which is without doubt, the main attractionof a bustling live retail environment.

The core responsibilities include:

This role is responsible for theretail Guest Service Desk operations at the highest standard.

- providing outstanding customer service to a variety of people
- Liaising with clients, tenants,



general public and contractors
- Assisting withmarketing campaigns
- Providing a high level of assistance with the aim of going 'above and beyond' for our guests
- General administrative duties, data entry and keeping the desk tidy and organised is a must

To be successful you will need to bring your best personality to your interview and show us that you have:

- A proactive nature and are exceptionally well-presented
- Demonstrated organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with a variety of people
