Here’s where you come in…
As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Ozmosis Bateau BayYou will:
- Support the Store Manager to lead the crew and keep the store running strong
- Step up and take the lead when needed — setting the tone on the floor
- Build a motivated, high-energy team that backs each other
- Help create a store people want to be part of — not just shop in
- Keep things moving day to day — from people to performance to store operations and standards
