We're currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Ipswich and surrounding areas .

About You

We're looking for people who are caring, reliable,



and passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives.

You will have:

- Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for weekend and non-active sleepover shifts is a MUST
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A current Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A valid driver's licence (minimum P2), reliable vehicle, and smartphone
- Certificate III in Individual Support (advantageous but not essential)

Please note: Female applicants are required to meet the specific support needs of our participants.

Your Role

- Support participants with daily living and personal care
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Assist participants to achieve their individual goals
- Promote dignity, choice, and safety in every interaction
